What If You Are Consistent… But Applying the Wrong Method?

There is a moment most people avoid.

Not because they don’t see it. Because it’s uncomfortable to admit.

You train.

You pay attention to what you eat.

You put a lot of effort into it.

You feel disciplined.

At times, even restrictive.

Sometimes deprived.

And still… nothing meaningful changes.

The quiet question: Why isn’t this working?

So there is no reason to question it. Until enough time passes. Until the gap between effort and outcome becomes too obvious to ignore.

That is usually the moment where the shift begins.

Not when you try harder. But when you ask a different question:

Is what I’m doing actually working?

Because once that question is asked honestly, consistency changes its role. It is no longer something you apply blindly. It becomes something you apply to the right structure.

And structure means this: creating the conditions that allow the result to happen.

A diet that supports your goal. Training that creates the right stimulus. An environment that makes both repeatable over time.

Because body composition doesn’t change in two weeks. But it does change when the right conditions are applied consistently.

Most people never question their method. That’s why nothing changes.
