Baseline Assessment

The coaching process begins with a Baseline Assessment.

Before the first session, you receive a detailed intake form covering current training routines, nutrition patterns, lifestyle structure, and previous approaches that have been tried.

Initial Consultation

The Initial Consultation (60–75 minutes) focuses on understanding how your current system functions.

We identify what is already working, where progress is being blocked, and which adjustments would produce the greatest impact.

This session often reveals that the challenge is not a lack of discipline, but structural friction within daily routines, nutrition habits, or training design.

12-week Program

For clients who choose to continue, the work then moves into a 12-week Strategic Recalibration Program.

This phase focuses on implementing sustainable adjustments in training, nutrition, daily routines, and the environment that supports them.

The process is fully tailored to the client’s life, schedule, and goals, ensuring that the structure created is realistic enough to hold under real-world conditions.

The objective is not temporary change, but a system that continues to produce results long after the coaching period ends.
